AMENITIES & LAUNDRIES
There are three amenity blocks (refer to map). An allocated PIN is required for access. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Each block has a separate laundry with coin-operated washing and drying facilities and ironing boards.
Coins required: 2 x $2 per wash/dry
Irons available from reception during office hours.
Washing powder available for purchase from reception. Clothes lines available (refer to map). Laundry hours are 7.00 am to 9.00 pm.
Four free gas BBQs are available for guest use only (refer to map). Public BBQs are also available across the road from the park on the foreshore.
BICYCLES, SKATEBOARDS & SCOOTERS
To be ridden during daylight hours only. Helmets must be worn and children under 12 must be supervised at all times. Bicycles, skateboards and scooters are not to be taken inside communal buildings.
Your allocated PIN is required for both entry and exit of the park. Please do not follow other guests in or out of the boomgate, or give your PIN to anyone else, as this will stop your code from working when you need it. Damage to the gate is the responsibility of the guest.
CAMP KITCHEN (refer to map)
For guests use only. Please leave clean after each use. Power outlets are available for free charging of electrical devices

MAIL & PHONE MESSAGES
Mail can be collected at reception during office hours. Messages will be taken and delivered.
NOISE & BEHAVIOUR
Please be considerate of noise levels whilst staying within our park. Noise travels quite easily, so please keep this in mind and restrict noise between 10.00pm and 6am, when other guests may be sleeping.
One vehicle is allowed per site or cabin/villa booked. Extra cars can be parked in the visitors parking provided across the road from the park
Sorry no pets permitted.

Please assist by wrapping all food items prior to their disposal in bins provided. Bins emptied Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Do not leave valuables in full view. Lock your vehicles/accommodation when you are not in attendance and while sleeping. Although all measures are taken to assist in the prevention of such circumstances, management take no responsibility for theft or damage of property.
Prohibited in all park-owned buildings, including all park accommodation, amenities blocks, pool area, playground and camp kitchen.
Walking pace or 8kph throughout the park.
Hours of use: 6.00 am to 9.00 pm. Please be considerate of noise when using the pool early morning or late evening. For guest use only. Please read and abide by pool rules. Children under 12 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

TOURS & BOOKINGS
Tour information and bookings available through reception, including ferry tickets to Magnetic Island.
Please remember that visitors are your responsibility and must also adhere to these guidelines. Visitor parking is available outside the front of the park. If you have booked a repair/tradesperson please notify reception (including expected time of arrival).
Please be water wise. Water restrictions are in place throughout Townsville.
